Role Description
This is a full-time Lead Bartender role at The Union House, Fine Dining in Milwaukee, WI. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, creating and serving beverages, ensuring quality customer service, managing cash handling procedures, and maintaining a positive and efficient bar environment.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending
- Cash handling expertise
- Ability to create a welcoming and efficient bar atmosphere
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
